Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
    • old fashioned
    • steel cut
  • 1 cup milk
    • whole
    • 2%
    • 1%
    • almond
    • soy
    • cashew
  • Add-ins
    • chia seeds
    • cinnamon powder
    • protein powder
    • cocoa powder
    • fruit
    • chocolate chips
    • nut butter
    • granola
  • Some good combos
    • strawberry banana
    • blueberry banana
    • peanut butter + banana
    • mixed berry
    • pineapple mango
    • double chocolate (cocoa powder + chocolate chips)

Instructions

  1. Mix together oats, milk, and toppings in a jar*
  2. Store in fridge overnight to be ready in the morning

*I usually top with fruits and granola the morning of
