- ½ cup plain cooked quinoa (I used mixed color)
- ½ – 1 whole banana sliced
- 1/3 cup of blueberries fresh or frozen
- 1/3 cup of unsweetened vanilla Almond Milk (I use SILK brand)
- 1 TBSP Peanut butter or Almond Butter
- Cook quinoa if it’s not already cooked, I cook extra and just store in the fridge.
- Assemble in a bowl.
- Serve warm or cold, I eat it both ways.
