Quinoa Breakfast Bowl

Cook Time: 1 min


  • ½ cup plain cooked quinoa (I used mixed color)
  • ½ – 1 whole banana sliced
  • 1/3 cup of blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/3 cup of unsweetened vanilla Almond Milk (I use SILK brand)
  • 1 TBSP Peanut butter or Almond Butter


  1. Cook quinoa if it’s not already cooked, I cook extra and just store in the fridge.
  2. Assemble in a bowl.
  3. Serve warm or cold, I eat it both ways.
