Green Smoothie

An easy and personalized way to get essential nutrients in for the day on rushed mornings!

Ingredients

  • 2-3 handfuls of greens
    • spinach
    • kale
    • swiss chard
    • romaine
  • 1 cup liquid base (amount and type depends on your preference in consistency and flavor)
    • water
    • orange juice
    • almond milk
    • soy milk
  • Handfuls of 2-3 types of fruits
    • strawberry + banana
    • mango + pineapple + orange
    • raspberry + blackberry + blueberry
    • strawberry + kiwi
    • peach + mango
    • banana + blueberry
    • pineapple + banana
  • Extra Add In’s
    • chia seeds
    • tree nuts
    • honey
    • nut butter (peanut, almond, sun)
    • avocado
    • granola
    • protein powder

Instructions

  1. Add greens,* liquid base,* fruits, and extra’s into blender
  2. Blend away, pour, & ready to go

*if blender is not as advanced, blend these ingredients first then continue
